FGT offers assembly services. For all assembly services, please advise of hinge direction and any special request pertaining to assembly. Please double check accuracy on your assembly requests before placing as well as at the fime of confirmation.

Payment in full is required prior to the start of all assembly orders.

when finalized and confirmed your order , FGT is not responsible for any product, address, or shipping date errors made by the purchaser. lf changes are required to your confirmed orders, please contact FGT as early as possible; additional charges may apply.

Lead time and Expedited orders

On average, our lead time for RTA cabinets is 2-3 days, 7-10 days for assembled orders. (Lead times do not include shipping time.) FGT reserves the right to extend lead times for special situations; such as change orders, back ordered product, large assembly orders, etc.

FGT provides the option to expedite orders, All expedited orders need to be paid in ful at time of confirmation. Contact us to inquire if our schedule will support your request.

Options for receiving your order

FGT allows our customers to pick up their order directly from our warehouse. Delivery is also available to most markets, please contact FGT for delivery rates for your area. Please review the process for each opfion in order to decide which works best for your needs.

Pick up

FGT desires to make every process convenient and accurate for our dealers. lf you have a preferenceon pick up times, please add this detail to the order. lf no indication is made, FGT will schedule the pickup time based on the current lead time.

FGT recommends you contact us to confirm the time prior to picking up. Pick up is available Monday-Friday,8:00am-3:30pm.

Delivery in house truck

FGT Cabinetry offers delivery service for an additional charge. Delivery rate and schedule varies based on location.Please contact us for more information.

FGT reserves the right to cancel any delivery due to special circumstances such as severe weather and other uncontrollable conditions. FGT wil notify customers on any alterations to delivery schedule as soon as possible in order to reschedule. FGT will not deliver until receiving full payment for each order.

If a customer has a specific delivery date that is not in accordance with FGT’s delivery schedule, FGT will arrange shipping through a third party. In such a case.

Shipping LTL

For deliveries outside of FGT’s delivery area.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost. FGT will quote from multiple freight companies to ensure the best rate and schedule for our customer. Since we use a third-party freight company, all quotes are estimates, customer is responsible for final freight charges.

All shipped orders will be individually wrapped, consolidated, and palletized. A handling fee may be applied. This service must be requested at time of order to ensure accurate delivery date.

Job site/curbside delivery can be reauested. Please note, a liftgate fee may be required and added to the final bil. (liftgate fees vary depending on courier) Some job sites have limited access and require special unloading requirements. This uncertainty is determined by the freight company and extra charges may apply.

Returns and exchanges

FGT only accepts RTA returns/exchanges in reseclable condition and in original packaging within 30 days of sale. Assembled, modified or special ordered cabinets cannot be returned or exchanged. lf FGT shipped the wrong cabinet, FGT will take back the wrong cabinet in any condition.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee.

All return will be reimbursed as credit on the account and will apply to the next order.

Cannot accept returns/exchanges on accessories (Include: filers, Moldings, Skins, Panels, mullion doors and anything else listed under accessories) due to how easily they can be damaged during return process.

All customers will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.

Damage claims

All items must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any visible damage. All claims need to be put in writing and clear photos are required along with the claim.

For any visible damages occurred during shipping through a third party, customers must note on the carrier’s delivery ticket right away before signing it in order for FGT to file claims to the carrier. For any concealed damage due to shipping through a third party need to be submitted within 10 days of delivery receipt.

For any visible damages occurred during FGT’s truck delivery, customers must inform the truck driver right away before signing the packing list. For any concealed damage claims need to be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

For any damage that occurred during shipping, FGT will replace the damaged item in the most cost effective and efficient method. After we verify the damage, FGT will arrange the replacement within 7 days of the claim made. For any damage that occurred due to customers’ own handling error, FGT will not replace the damaged item, but customer is responsible to purchase a new item at full price.

Manufacturing defect claims

FGT reserves the right to determine the most cost effective and efficient method to correct defective items.

FGT and its manufacturer determine what is “defective”. FGT will replace the defective item within 7days after claim is processed.
